Data Protection - Requests for Personal Information (Subject Access Request):
If you are a customer of Money Gap Limited, Under the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to make a request in writing for a copy of information or data we may hold on you. This is known as a 'Subject Access Request'.
How do I make a Subject Access Request?
If you wish to make a Subject Access Request, you must do so in writing. You can do this by sending a letter or an email, stating the nature of your request, to:

Will you require information from me?
As you will understand, we must be very careful to ensure we are dealing with the correct individual when complying with a Subject Access Request and we will verify your identity by providing us with certain information to enable us confirm your identity against our records.
Will you charge a Fee?
We will not charge a fee for a Subject Access Request. We may however charge a reasonable fee when a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly if this is repetitive and for further copies of the same information.
How long will the process take?
Under the Data Protection Act 2018, we have 30 calendar days from the date we receive the administrative fee and all relevant information to comply with your Subject Access Request.
